Nobody warns you about the first weeks afterwards — the way standing up takes planning, the way your middle feels like it belongs to someone else, and how much of the day is spent holding yourself together with one arm.

The RecoverWrap 3-in-1 Postpartum Belt is three separate bands that each do one job: a wide stomach wrap for the upper abdomen, a waist band for the middle, and a pelvis belt for the hips.

Wear all three or only the one you need, over or under clothes. Beige or black, in sizes M to XXXL, and suitable after a caesarean as well as a normal delivery.

Why You'll Love It

3️⃣ Three Pieces, Three Jobs
The parts that ache are rarely the same from one week to the next. Having three separate bands means wearing only the one that helps today.

🩹 Gentle Enough After A C-Section
The wide stomach wrap sits above the scar line and takes the pull off it when you stand, cough or lift. For a lot of people that is the whole reason for buying one.

📏 It Adjusts As You Change
Your measurements move a great deal in the first months. Hook-and-loop closure means it keeps fitting instead of being right for three weeks.

👕 Flat Under Clothes
Thin woven fabric rather than bulky foam. It goes under a jumper without showing.

🌬 It Breathes
Worn for hours at a stretch, often while feeding a baby in a warm room. The weave matters more than it sounds like it should.

🦴 The Pelvis Belt Is The Overlooked One
Hip and lower back pain after birth is extremely common and rarely talked about. The narrow belt sits low across the hips and is the piece most people end up wearing longest.

💺 Support While Sitting
Feeding means hours in a chair, usually leaning forward. The waist band keeps you upright without having to think about it.

🎨 Beige Or Black
Beige disappears under light clothing, black under dark. Both come in every size.

🧺 Washable
Hand wash and air dry. Having two sets is common for exactly that reason.

🤰 Not Only After Birth
The waist and pelvis pieces are also worn late in pregnancy by people who find the weight hard on their lower back.

Choosing A Size

Measure around the widest part of your stomach rather than going by your pre-pregnancy size. If you are between sizes, take the larger one — these are made to be tightened, not stretched.

Start loose and build up the hours. If you have had surgery, ask your midwife or GP when to begin; support garments are usually fine but it is worth a sentence of advice first.

Three bands, one for each week 🤍
